Why Study with Khalil?
Khalil, a Syrian artist born in Argentina, is a unique dance instructor known for his distinct style and innovative teaching methods. With degrees from the National Conservatory of Music and in Performing Arts, Khalil’s dance journey began by studying and learning directly from dance legends like Nagwa Fouad. Rather than formal academic training, he developed a sophisticated dance technique by observing and assimilating from his cultural surroundings.
In 2014, Khalil was named the first openly male belly dancer of Egypt by the renowned Cairo Essene magazine. His career includes significant appearances on Univision in Chile, interviews with France24, and features in MMC Studios in the Caribbean. He has taught and performed across five continents, leading workshops at prestigious international festivals.
In 2020, Khalil stepped back from performing Oriental Dance on stage due to societal pressures but shifted his focus to folkloric dance performances. Despite this change, he has remained deeply committed to his community and continues to teach and mentor dancers worldwide. His online program blends pre-recorded lessons with personalized coaching, fostering individual artistic growth and mastery.

Khalil Khalil is considered as one of the best Oriental Dance Teachers in the world. He worked teaching and preparing bellydancers worldwide, hundred of students learned from this amazing dance teacher. In 2012 he was invited to teach among the Egyptian dance legend Nagwa Fouad in Cairo, Egypt, as well with Zizi Mustafa, Mona El Said and Dina Talaat in different events around the world. He toured the world 5 times teaching in the five continents with much success.
